How I collect your details

I collect your personal data when you make an enquiry or booking through my website, phone call or text message. Data collected includes; your name, postal address, email address and telephone number (landline/mobile).

Sensitive/personal data (health, race, political opinions)

I do not collect personal data unless there is a clear reason for doing so to help provide the very service. I do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without consent of the parents.

Children under 16 should seek parental consent in order to use my website.

My reservation process

Whether making a booking through my website or by phone, your details will be used in the following way;

  • • I collect your full name to reserve booking.
  • • I collect your email address to confirm the booking.
  • • I collect your mobile number so I can phone/text 2-3 days before booking date to ensure you wish to proceed with the event.

How long I store information

I keep your personal information only for as long is necessary for the relevant event/booking.

Length of storage

  • • Enquiry: 3 months
  • • Booking: for the duration of the intervening period, prior to and until payment has been received.
  • • The duration of a season’s contract with council, hotel, holiday park.

Third parties

I do not trade, sell or rent your personal data.

Use of photography on website or in advertising

Written consent will be required from person/s concerned.

Cookie Policy
